not trying to be a politician or what but this clip, first time watched it, felt disgusting and shame (and still feel the same). Once again, not trying to 'picking side' just trying to find the 'truth' by digging alternative resources rather than clinging loyally to mainstream resources..

how can a person be detained without any warrant or court order? if i were the man(mustafa ali) i pon tak ikut..melanggar hak asasi manusia

bukan ke yang ditunjuk tu warrant...?huhu..hmm..kalau itu bukan warrant pun, just ikut, then keluarkan saman or whatever yang berpatutan...kalau betul melanggar hak asasi manusia, sure mustafa ali akan dapat hak dia at the end...bila jadi chaos mcm tu...for me...both sides nampak a bit tak bertamadun..

if u know the whole story, the paper was not a court order at all.that's y the police reluctant to give it to the indian man (a lawyer). this is malaysia, berapa ramai orang hak asasinya telah dicabuli..kalau tak how come once a man get a compensation of millions sebab di tangkap dan dipenjara dan di seksa tanpa sebab.. itupun after so many years.. so, ur saying biarla kene tangkap dulu...torture dulu..and in the end baru dapat kebelaan (kalau dapat lah)
p/s: just pointing out my humble opinion based on my observation and readings (from many sources)

ok...just like you..i'm just pointing out my perspective..which seems to be different from yours..anyway, to be on the fence, whatever happens to both sides, malaysia is still a peaceful country to live in..and..both sides (gov and opp) should maintain that..
